In practice that means fully coordinated shop drawings ahead of site, landlord and authority permits, strict fit-out guideline compliance, controlled night works inside live trading environments, method statements and risk assessments for every activity, and a snagging standard set by the client rather than the contractor.

Are you prequalified with Emaar and Meraas?
We hold prequalification standing and a delivery record with the region's leading developers — including executive fit-out works completed for Emaar and project delivery within Meraas and Dubai Mall destinations. Full prequalification files, trade licences, insurance certificates and financial references are issued on request.
Can you provide the documents our procurement team needs?
Yes — commercial registration, VAT and Zakat records, insurance and liability certificates, method statements, HSE policy, ITP and QA/QC procedures, organisation chart, CVs of key staff, past-project references and bank/financial standing, packaged as a single prequalification submission.
Do you carry insurance and provide warranties?
Yes. Contract works, public liability and workmen's compensation cover, plus a defects liability warranty on our workmanship and pass-through manufacturer warranties on all supplied equipment.
Do you work as a nominated subcontractor?
Frequently — for joinery packages, kitchen equipment packages or MEP scopes under a main contractor, as well as direct main-contract appointments.
